Durability - Dense-packed cellulose doesn't settle, period, so once installed it's doing its job for the life of the building. And one of the jobs it does is moisture management. The hygroscopic (moisture absorbing) properties and the borates in our products help prevent moisture from indoor and outdoor sources from accumulating and causing damage.
